Founded in 1983 by Drs. Mary Alvord and Patricia Baker, Alvord Baker has grown into a one-of-a-kind, nationally recognized therapy practice combining evidence-based approaches with research, training programs for professionals, and a resilience model used across the country.  Rooted in proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), we are dedicated to providing effective, researched treatments. Our approach to mental health care blends proven techniques with compassionate, individualized therapy.
